Kundalini Activation Practice is an energy transmission that can stimulate or initiate the awakening of one's own Kundalini energy. It is a dormant intelligent spiritual life force that resides at the base of the spine. This awakening can lead to profound personal transformation, heightened states of consciousness, and deep emotional or physical healing.
Unlike traditional practices such as Kundalini Yoga, which involve breathwork, chanting, and physical postures, Kundalini ActivationPractice (KAP) involves simply surrendering to an energy transmission of the kundalini shakti field. In guided sessions, I act as facilitator to transmit this energy using touch, sound, and intentional presence. Participants only need to lie down on a yoga mat and then simply relax and receive while a curated playlist of music takes you on a journey. During these sessions it's possible to experience spontaneous bodily movements, emotional releases, visualizations, deep insights, grounding, clarity, or sensations of energy flowing through the body.
Kundalini Activation is a cumulative practice. With continued exposure, this practice assists in profoundly rewiring the nervous system, clearing energetic blockages, and expanding one’s awareness. However, experiences vary widely from person to person. Kundalini Activation is an embodied, safe, and accessible accelerated path to spiritual awakening.
The Process
While laying down on a yoga mat, music is played and the facilitator will hold the frequency of the kundalini field. Be sure to keep your eyes closed during the entire session. All you need to do is relax your body and mind, and surrender to the process without expectations. Allow whatever arises to be experienced and expressed.
Preparation
I suggest you refrain from consuming alcohol, meat, and other heavy foods prior to the session. Please come completely sober; avoid all intoxicants including plant medicines, alcohol, and cannabis for 24 hours before a session. Eat only lightly or not at all before the session and try to avoid caffeine for a more potent experience.
There are no pre-requisites and anyone who feels called to attend is welcome.
After Effects
You may feel the energy for the next couple of days. The emotional movements and healing processes that began in class can continue to surface and unfold as well. Please pay attention to any internal changes, and give yourself the space to process and be with whatever may arise as a resulf of this practice.
You may become more sensitive and feel more connected to your inner being. Many people report experiencing clarity, insights, and self awarenesses that lead to positive change.
It’s important in the days following an activation to be aware of your energy levels and to listen to what your body is asking of you. For example, you may need more rest, or crave different foods, dreams can differ, or sleep can become deeper. The after effects vary amongst individuals.
Over time, opening of the kundalini field removes internal obstacles to greater spiritual awareness. The positive impact effects your material life and facilitates the attainment of higher states of consciousness with continual practice.

While Kundalini Activation is safe and helps facilitate a natural process of energetic development, it is not an appropriate modality for those who experience mania, paranoia, delusion, or psychosis.
Those who have extensive experiences with plant medicine, or have regularly used plant medicines in the last 6 months run the risk of opening very deeply, very quickly, which may be beyond the scope of assistance provided in a regular open class. For this reason, we recommend that Kundalini Activation and phychoactive substances do not mix. If in doubt, please reach out via email before the session.
When practiced as intended, Kundalini Activation is very safe and opens you in a way that is gradual and well integrated.
